MORINEX manufactures and supplies an extensive range of high quality standard and specialty industrial belting; formers for vertical form-fill-seal ( VFFS ) packaging machines; strippers for TNA Robag machines; timing belt pulleys and molding / joining plates; sprockets and printing rollers.

We specialise in customised fabrication of industrial belting and the supply of timing, flat, metal, Teflon coated fabric, tube winder,
haul-off / cable puller and FDA specialty and conveyor belts.

Our belts are used in multitude of industries including abattoirs, aluminium, banking, breweries and soft drinks manufacturers, cardboard and paper production, dairy, food packaging, glass manufacture, right through to pharmaceutical, postal, printing, solar, smallgoods, textile and woodworking industries, to mention just a few.

Our belts are suitable for use in packaging, heat sealing, bottle inspection, conveying and weighing, credit card feeding, document, paper and letters sorting, ticket dispensing, fish slivering, sausage link cutting and slicing, tube winding, cable and wire pulling and many other applications.

We offer belts resistant to adhesives, chemicals, corrosion, stain, oil, low or high temperatures; FDA approved; as well as belting with low abrasion, antistatic qualities, low or high coefficient of friction, and others.

CUSTOMISED FABRICATION

We specialise in provision of custom made belts, bands and other accessories and ancillary equipment and are happy to provide customised services to assist with special requirements. Some of the products within our range were developed as a result of close cooperation with customers.

We are able to meet specific requests whether through the use of different base belts and coating materials and / or adjusting the hardness of coatings, altering profiles, holes, slots, and finishes.

We offer all possible base belts including polyurethane and neoprene timing belts; elastic, polyamide, polyester, cotton, Kevlar, fibreglass flat belts; capping belts; standard and special conveyor belts – PU, silicone, Teflon and polyester or urethane Cog-Veyor belts; and all possible coatings including PU, foam, natural, neoprene, gum, NBR, XNBR and sponge rubber, silicone, Teflon, PVC, EPDM and steel brush, chrome leather, wool and Kevlar felt as well as numerous FDA quality options.

FABRICATION SERVICES
